General terms and conditions for competitions

Pro-organic GmbH (limited liability) with its registered office at Weststr. 38 in 52074 Aachen, is the organizer of prize draws on the following platforms: LANA website and app, Instagram, and Facebook. For prize draws via the app, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages, the following also applies: The prize draw is in no way affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Apple, or Google, and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Apple, or Google.

Participation in LANA's prize draws is subject to these terms and conditions, as well as the specific rules for each prize draw, which detail the competition's procedure and duration, the prizes, and how the winners are determined and announced. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-exchangeable. By participating in the competition, entrants accept these terms and conditions and the rules.

Participation in LANA's prize draws is free and not tied to the purchase of goods or services from LANA.

Winners of competitions on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok will be notified by LANA via direct message or in the comments section of the respective post. For all other competitions, winners will typically receive notification seven days after the draw.

All persons aged 18 and over residing in the Federal Republic of Germany are eligible to participate. Participation by children or teenagers is only permitted if their legal guardians consent to their participation in the competition prior to entry; in the event of a win, the prize will be awarded to the legal guardians. Employees of LANA and their family members are excluded from participation. Each participant may only enter a single competition once.

A violation of the terms and conditions of participation, including the rules of the competition in question, entitles LANA to exclude the respective participant(s) from participation. This applies in particular if a participant provides false information during registration for the competition or attempts to manipulate the course of the game or the requirements for receiving a prize (e.g., by manipulating software). If the excluded participant is a winner, the prize may be revoked retroactively. The claim to the prize also lapses if delivery of the prize cannot be completed within six weeks of the initial notification of the win due to reasons attributable to the winner; in this case, a substitute winner will be determined. Participants agree not to share any illegal content.

LANA reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely, in whole or in part, or to modify its course at any time, even without prior notice, if it is not possible to guarantee the proper conduct of the competition for technical reasons (e.g., computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons. LANA collects, processes, and uses the personal data provided by participants in connection with their participation in the competition (e.g., name, address, email address) for the purpose of conducting the competition, in particular for notifying the winners.

LANA reserves the right to share the winner's data with third parties if necessary for the delivery and redemption of the prize. Participants consent to the use of their data for this purpose.
